You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Cook with Kift will cover the reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if your order meets our return policy.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable recipe books, digital guides, and other digital content are final unless the file is defective or cannot be accessed because of an issue on our side.
