Kift’s Tips
-
Use chilled milk so the ice melts more slowly.
-
Adjust the sala syrup according to its sweetness and strength.
-
Add condensed milk only when you prefer a richer, sweeter drink.
-
Brew the coffee slightly stronger because the milk and ice will soften its flavour.
-
Allow the mocha mixture to cool before pouring it over the milk.
-
Pour the mocha slowly over the back of a spoon to create clean layers.
-
Use whole milk for the creamiest texture.
-
Oat, soy, or almond milk can be used for a dairy free version.
-
Add less coffee for a milder drink or an extra teaspoon for a stronger coffee flavour.
-
Serve immediately for the best colour, flavour, and layered appearance.
Storage Instructions
Pink Milk Mocha is best prepared and enjoyed immediately.
The pink milk mixture and mocha mixture can be prepared separately and stored in sealed containers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Stir both mixtures before assembling the drink.
Add the ice and toppings only when ready to serve to prevent dilution.
