Brown Sugar Fresh Milk

Kift’s Tips
-
Use very cold fresh milk so the ice melts more slowly.
-
Whole milk creates the richest and creamiest texture.
-
Adjust the condensed milk according to your preferred sweetness.
-
Do not add too much ice if you prefer a stronger milk flavour.
-
For an extra creamy drink, add more evaporated milk.
-
Oat milk, soy milk, or almond milk can be used for a dairy free version.
-
Drizzle syrup around the inside of the glass for a beautiful layered presentation.
Storage Instructions
Homemade Iced Fresh Milk is best served immediately after preparation.
The milk mixture can be prepared without ice and stored in a sealed bottle or container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Shake or stir well before serving.
Do not store the drink with ice, as it will become diluted.
