Kift’s Tips

  • Use chilled milk so the ice melts more slowly.

  • Brew the coffee slightly stronger for a deeper mocha flavour.

  • Adjust the amount of chocolate syrup according to your preferred sweetness.

  • Chocolate or coffee ice cream can be used instead of vanilla ice cream.

  • Add a small pinch of salt to enhance the chocolate flavour.

  • For a blended version, blend the mocha mixture with ice before adding the ice cream.

  • For a stronger coffee taste, use one shot of espresso instead of instant coffee.

  • Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the glass for a beautiful café style presentation.

Storage Instructions

Chocolate Mocha Float is best served immediately after preparation.

The chocolate coffee mixture can be prepared in advance and stored without ice or ice cream in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Stir or shake well before serving.

Do not store the completed drink with ice cream, as it will melt and lose its texture.
