Kift’s Tips
-
Use authentic Root afza the traditional flavour and bright pink colour.
-
Adjust the condensed milk depending on how sweet you prefer the drink.
-
For a creamier drink, add more evaporated milk.
-
Use chilled milk so the ice does not melt too quickly.
-
You can blend all the ingredients with ice to make a Thai Pink Milk frappe.
-
Add whipped cream on top for a dessert-style version.
Storage Instructions
Thai Pink Milk is best served immediately after preparation.
The mixed drink can be stored without ice in a covered bottle or container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir well before serving.
Do not store the drink with ice, as it will become diluted.
